Entry Fees
 
If entry fees are required for participation in the contest with Ithaca College, please give the check to the Head Coach or send the check to:  Ernie McClatchie, Assistant Athletic Director, Ithaca College, 953 Danby Rd, Ithaca, N.Y.; 14850. 
 
Laundry
In multiple-day competitions, visiting teams may be able to have their uniforms laundered. Please contact the tournament director of the event.
 
Locker Rooms
Locker rooms are available in the Hill Center. Please provide your own towels and other supplies.

Medical Coverage

The athletic training room is located in the Hill Center on the Ithaca College campus. The training room will be open approximately two (2) hours before the contest start time and will be open until approximately 30 minutes after the contest. 
 
A certified athletic trainer will be at all home contests. A physician will be on campus or on call.  If you have special athletic training room needs, please contact the Athletic Training Room (see important phone numbers).
 
Publicity
The Ithaca College Sports Information Office will report results to the media outlets of the participating school(s).

Severe Weather Procedure (for outdoor sports)
In the case of severe weather, the contest will halt. All persons must immediately leave the site and seek safe shelter. Teams should quickly proceed to their bus/van. Thirty minutes must pass from the last sound of thunder or flash of lightning before resuming the contest.
 
Videotaping
Ithaca College will videotape contests in men’s and women’s basketball, field hockey, football, men’s and women’s lacrosse, men’s and women’s soccer and volleyball. Visiting teams can provide a VHS tape to the scorer’s table for dubbing of the match. The tape will be provided immediately after the contest or will be mailed to the visiting team.
