New Haven, Conn. – The #5 Ithaca gymnastics team (3-4) defeated the only other Division III school in a five-team meet and dropped decisions against Division II teams Bridgeport and Southern Connecticut State, as well as Division I Yale Saturday in a meet hosted by Southern Connecticut. The Bombers scored 181.100. Bridgeport socred 189.600 to pace the field, followed by Yale (186.925), Southern Connecticut (186.750), Ithaca, and Rhode Island College (169.250).

ITHACA, N.Y. – Ithaca sophomore gymnast Jessica Bolduc (Darien/Darien, Conn.) has been named ECAC Division III Gymnastics All-Around performer of the week for the week ending Jan. 31. Bolduc scored 37.500 in all-around and helped fifth-ranked Ithaca defeat #3 Springfield 182.225-181.100 in a dual meet. Bolduc finished first on both vault (9.450) and uneven bars (9.325) in the meet. She is ranked in the top-10 nationally on floor exercise, vault, uneven bars and all-around.

ITHACA, N.Y. – The Ithaca gymnastics team remains fifth in the National Collegiate Gymnastics Association team rankings and has five different gymnasts accounting for a total of nine individual rankings within the top-20 of specific events. Four Bombers are ranked in the top-20 on floor exercise, including three in the top 10.

ITHACA, N.Y . – Bomber senior gymnast Rachel Taylor (San Paqual/Escondido, Calif.) was named ECAC Division III Gymnastics Specialist of the Week for the week ending Jan. 24. Taylor helped the Bombers to a dual-meet win over Rhode Island College by winning the uneven bars with a career-best score of 9.325. It was her first individual event win in her collegiate career.

ITHACA, N.Y. – The #5 Ithaca gymnastics team (2-1) trailed by two points entering the final rotation, but posted a score of 47.575 on the floor exercise and rallied to defeat #3 Springfield (1-4) 182.225-181.100 in a meet Saturday at the Hill Center Gymnasium. All six of Ithaca’s competitors on floor exercise scored 9.4 or higher and the top five scores from each team count toward the team total. Ithaca gymnasts finished first in all four events and led the team to its highest score of the season.
