ITHACA, N.Y.--The Empire 8 announced its year-end women's cross country honors Friday, with Ithaca winning all three awards. Freshman Jenn Randall (Cincinnatus Central/Cincinnatus) was named conference Rookie of the Year and Runner of the Year, becoming the fourth Bomber in any sport to receive both end-of-season accolades. Bill Ware was named Coach of the Year for the seventh staright season.

Berea, Ohio--The women's cross country finished 31st Saturday at the NCAA National Championship, hosted by Baldwin-Wallace. Sophomore Heidi Baumbach (Lake Placid/Lake Placid) was the Bombers' top finisher, placing 136th overall.

Berea, Ohio--The women's cross country team will compete at Saturday's NCAA National Championship, hosted by Baldwin-Wallace at Highland Hills Golf Course in Highland Hills, Ohio. Ithaca has qualified for nationals in 10 straight seasons, and rank sixth all-time with 19 total berths. The Bombers enter the race ranked 24th in the country.

ITHACA, N.Y.--The Bombers moved up a spot in the final poll released by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USFTCCCA) and are now ranked 24th in the nation entering Saturday's NCAA Championship. Ithaca placed fourth at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championship, and earned their 10th straight berth at nationals.

Randall finished sixth at Saturday's NCAA Atlantic Regional Championship, and was the fastest freshman in the field.
