ITHACA, N.Y. – The Ithaca women’s swimming & diving team (12-1) swam its current winning streak to eight consecutive dual meets and nine overall competitive events with a 158-81 win on Senior Day at the Hill Center Pool.

ITHACA, N.Y. – The Ithaca diving teams hosted and participated in the 2010 Bomber Diving Invitational Sunday at the Hill Center Pool. The field included men’s and women’s divers from Ithaca, Fredonia, SUNY Delhi and Utica. There was no team scoring at the event. Divers completed 11 dives on each board (6 optional, 5 voluntary). Bomber freshman Heather Markus (Saratoga Springs/Greenfield Center) was Ithaca’s top finisher in both women’s diving events. Markus scored 374.00 to place third overall in 1-meter diving and 377.55 to place second on the 3-meter board.

ITHACA, N.Y. – The Ithaca women's swimming & diving team (11-1) placed first in 12 of 13 events in a 179-56 win over Alfred Saturday at the Hill Center Pool. Junior Sarah Winder (Garfield/Seattle, Wash.) placed first in the 200-yard freestyle (2:05.54) and 500-yard freestyle (5:29.74). Junior Sheila Rhoades (Dryden/Dryden) met the NCAA B Qualifying Standard in winning the 100 free in 52.50 seconds and set a Hill Center Pool record.

ITHACA, N.Y. - The 2010 Ithaca Diving Invitational, originally scheduled for Feb. 6, has been rescheduled and will be held this Sunday, Jan. 31, beginning at 10 a.m. at the Hill Center Pool. The Bomber divers will welcome competitors from Fredonia, SUNY Delhi, and Utica.

ITHACA, N.Y. - The Ithaca men's and women's swimming & diving teams host Alfred in a dual meet Saturday at 1 p.m. at Hill Center Pool. Live event-by-event timing and scoring will be available throughout the meet.
