Ithaca Finishes Eighth at Roberts Wesleyan

ROCHESTER, N.Y. - The women's cross country finished eighth out of 15 teams at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational hosted by Roberts Wesleyan.  Senior Stephanie Holowacz (Bainbridge-Guilford/Bainbridge) was the top finisher for the Bombers, placing 36th with a time of 21:21.4.

Three other Bombers recorded top-50 finishes, including senior Brooke Stluka (New Canaan/New Canaan, Conn.) (40th, 21:29.6), freshman Caitlin Campbell (Essex/Essex, Vt.) (43rd, 21:32.7) and freshman Kristen Majowski (East Meadow/East Meadow) (48th, 21:43.9).

The Bombers compete Saturday at the Empire 8 Championship at Union. Ithaca has won four consecutive Empire 8 titles.
