TCNJ Defeats Women's Tennis Team

Ewing, N.J. -- The women's tennis team dropped its first match of the spring season and fell to 8-2 overall after a 9-0 loss at #29 College of New Jersey. Junior Rachel Gunderson (Maple Grove/Bemus Point) fell in straight sets, 2-6, 2-6, at second singles.

Freshman Sarah Hollis (Greens Farms Academy/Fairfield, Conn.) fell at sixth singles 5-7, 0-6. Gunderson and freshman Devra Reiman (Columbia/Maplewood, N.J.) fell at third doubles, 3-8.

The Bombers return to action Saturday against Dickinson at Hilton Head, S.C.
