Orange, Calif. – The #4 Bombers (5-4) collected 11 hits en route to beating Pitt-Bradford 7-1 Friday.
Senior
Nicole Cade (Beaverton/Portland, Ore.) earned her first win of the spring, throwing a complete-game five-hitter. She struck out five Panthers.
Freshman outfielder
Kait Dolan (Victor/Farmington) collected two hits and drove in two runs. Senior shortstop
Erica Cutspec (Fort Plain/Fort Plain) and freshman third baseman
Allison Greaney (John F. Kennedy//Iselin, N.J.) both had two hits. third baseman
Stacy Pelesz (Hudson/Livingston) hit a two-run single in the bottom of the first and senior second baseman
Jessica Stangarone (Brewster/Brewster) scored a pair of runs.
The Bombers close out their spring trip with a game against Bellevue Friday evening.
