2004: Napoleone was named the team’s Most Improved Back and earned second-team all-conference and all-region honors. He led the team with five interceptions and five passes broken up during the regular season, and added one more of each in the ECAC postseason win over Massachusetts-Dartmouth. In his first career varsity game, he intercepted two Buffalo State passes, forced a fumble and recorded six tackles. He was named the Team’s Outstanding Back after that win. He intercepted two more passes at St. John Fisher, returning one 44 yards for a touchdown. Napoleone made a career-high eight tackles in that game. He recovered a fumble in the Utica win and recorded a pair of tackles for loss in the win over #20 Springfield.
2003: Napoleone played on Ithaca’s junior varsity team.
High School: A 2003 graduate of Greece Arcadia, Napoleone was coached by Jim Laemlein and John Lockhardt.
Personal: An exercise science/physical therapy major, he is the son of Robert and Barbara Napoleone.
