High School: A 2008 graduate of Barker high school, Dewart was coached by William Wilson. She earned five total varsity letters in track & field and was a three-time team captain. As a senior, she was her team’s MVP and section champion in the high jump. Dewart also lettered in soccer and basketball.
Personal: A physical education and health major, she is the daughter of Jonathan and Amy Dewart.
